2. We also have an in-room fridge most of the time, to keep our water bottles cold, 27' flat screen TV, nice, clean bathroom, free parking, what more could you ask for.

3. Plenty of parking but don't leave the windows open -- the massive exhaust from the Chinese restaurant will make everything smell like greasy food.
