1. I pretty much have to agree with most of the previous reviews in that this hotel is Economical (free parking, free internet and free breakfast), and Convenient (1 block away from the Green Line train which can not only take you directly to Boston College and Boston University but also to the Boston Commons and Downtown.

2. There is a very nice restauran a few mins away between hotel and station, Spanish or Italan?it was very popular and glad we put our names down on our way back from a day in Downtown Boston there were queues early Tues evening.

7. The tram journey is roughly 40-50 mins from Park Street and Government Centre Downtown stations, so the hotel is not very handy for doing things in the centre of the city.
