Our room was on the sixth floor and had a kitchenette which was great as we could purchase food at a nearby convenience store for breakfasts, etc. The bathroom did show a bit of wear, but the room was very clean (and cleaned daily), and when you only pay $100/night in Boston, I wasn't expecting standards of the Fairmont or Hilton.

10. My only hesitation in staying here again with young kids is the lack of food (eg breakfast) at the hotel, and of kid friendly places for dinner, so we had to drive out for dinner each time.
