1. --I sort of figured the whole POINT of having elite membership was to get a few minutes felxibility at check in-checkout (at least thats what the chain website likes to imply).

2. (rob doesnt like to leave 'deposits'(esepecially ones in excess of 200% of the rooms value), because he knows how difficult the can be to retrieve)-now, HERES the blip: at check in-i requested a choice platinum late checkout of noon-the clerk said he noted it for am staff.
