4. We encountered several small issues during our stay including getting woken up by housekeeping even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door, rattling pipes in the shower, an elevator so slow that we needed to take the stairs from the 6th floor just to get out of the hotel, a desk clerk that ignored us when we needed an extra laundry bag, and an unsightly and poorly organized/managed breakfast area.
