1. Although a good value for your money, you might have the misfortune of being there during a big wedding party on the weekend where the kids are running up and down the halls, bouncing on the beds and beating on the walls.

7. Factor in the hot breakfast buffet that was included in the room rate, which was open well enough into the late morning to allow us to sleep in a little, and this was an awesome value.

9. This effects our value perception and rating since being denied the ability to enjoy these two amenities, the property offers little more than a Hampton Inn & Suites or other property of that category.
