1. Pros:1) Reasonable rates - we were there on a holiday weekend in February and even with the Mount Bachelor ski traffic got a very reasonable rate with AAA discount.

5. Very poor support for handicapped and while there heard numerous complaints from other guests about screw ups on rates/ reservations , etc. Avoid "Mindy or Mandy" if you have a problem.
