3. Lots of positive aspects, excellent comfortable bed and pillows, good amount of space for a downtown hotel room, kitchen space good, shower great, free fast wifi, little noise from outside, very close to the free circulator bus.

Our studio room, located on the 2nd floor, was very basic but complete with a small sitting area (desk, sofa & tv), kitchen (sink, fridge & coffeemaker), small bathroom (hot water is an issue as we had to take quick 5-minute or less showers), and a no-nonsense bed with comforter, pillows, clean sheets, and little else.
