3. The problem with my stay is one of the towels was used by previous guest never removed just folded back on the rack & when I request for clean towels the room attendant asked me for a tip WOW is all I could say & I had to buy cleanser to clean the tub so of course I bought cleaning products to clean up the bathroom.

5. the wall paper - even though looked somewhat new - was torn off the walls in some places & the bathroom fixtures, like the toilet paper roll, were coming detached from the wall.

7. However, we could hear every word that people said outside (and people were walking past our room until well after 2am), and we could hear guests in other rooms using the bathroom (not to be graphic, but we could hear EVERYTHING about what our fellow guests did in their bathrooms).
