1. this has been my 2nd or 3rd stay here, it is close to a light rail station, the hotel is outdated and needs a facelift, but the rooms are clean and quiet, staff is helpful, easy on and off access from 695, and free shuttle to airport, no resteraunts near by except for a fast food place across the street.

3. During the breakfast time, all of the thongs for various food items (muffins, bagels, English muffins, etc.) were placed in a single container near the food items; my wife and I witnessed many people who simply reached in the plastic bins with their hands to retrieve what they wanted.

4. In addition, the woman who keeps the breakfast area going was completely miserable, and stood in everyone`s way as they were trying to get food, and then had the nerve to throw an attitude about people bumping into her.
