2. The lobby looks better, but when you get up to the room hallways, the old door sills still have chipped, worn paint, the walls have abrasion marks on them, but there is some new carpet.

3. At check-in I asked for a nearby restaurant recommendation, when I came back through the lobby to leave for dinner the front desk associate had the directions ready for me (I did not even have to ask), outstanding service.
