1. No loud heating system, no uncomfortable beds, no clogged up shower drains - all the stuff that really turns me off about some other hotels I've stayed in.

2. The few things I had issues with were: no stove in the kitchen (just two burners and a microwave), and I had to buy some cleaner for the shower because it just did not seem clean.
