1. Not really sure if it was an upgrade or not since we couldn't get into our intended room, but it was better than setting up camp in the lobby for the night.

2. The HWS shares the building with the Hilton Garden Inn (actually split in the lobby) and is a very clean property in a great location near Fells Point and LIttle Italy.
