1. room was cramped, did not offer drinking cups, only 2 towels and one wash cloth, the armorie,s left door upper hinge wac broken and the armorie was full of extra lamp shades, the table and chair were unusable because the table was behind the armorie and next to a wall, the tv had no remote control and it was only a 20 inch tv and this hotel is next to another that was run down bad .

3. First we had no face towels the whole entire stay at the hotel we were promised everyday that it would be available when the maids started their shift at 7am well 7am rolls around each day and still no face towels were availale.

4. I had to cut bath towels to make into face towels during the stay.

5. There was 1 washcloth and only 2 thread bare bath towels the size of hand towels.
