3. When we returned on day 2 with several bags from the supermarket, five bellmen were simply standing around and didnt even greet us or offer to help - not what I would expect for this type of price and a supposed 5 star hotel.

4. The only thing at all to detract is the high prices of everything especially the restaurants there--very high!$30 for breakfast buffet for example, but there are more affordable places to eat right around the hotel including a small shopping center with a food court.
