3. Only 2 were in our room and there was a housekeeping person on the floor at the time we notice so we went to get another towel from her.

4. The few times we called housekeeping(to get more towels or pillows and a new bedspread after baby peed on the other one)it was delivered our room in plastic with in 20 mins.
