1. Had to walk all the way around the building to the front check out to get into room at night, and this is in a not so good area.

2. The day before I was to check out I needed to print out my boarding pass, the clerk at the front desk told me they didn't have any more cards, that I could purchase so I could use the computer, I was informed that they would have some by 9am the next day.
