They placed me in the 45th room down a hallway - meaning I had to walk forever to get to the elevator and back to my room to take the dog outside for potty or to get a meal, etc. As I walked to my room for the 1st time, I counted 13 doors that were propped open and the rooms were cleaned and unoccupied - 13.

4. I would definitely stay there again and actually look forward to sleeping in that comfortable bed, but I would take my husband and the wheelchair as that was TOO far for really anyone to walk.

5. No one offered an apology or compensation for getting out of bed in the middle of the night to walk down 4 flight of stairs just to find out that someone couldn't cook very well in the kitchen.

The pool was small, full of unsupervised children, a VERY LONG walk around the building (no direct access from the hotel), The food court wasn`t bad (the Wing Stop was pretty good, and FatBurgers shakes were delicious), The Cafe was decent, (only had 1 meal there) and we ate at the buffet on our last morning.

9. Also, there is only one elevator to each wing, so if you happen to get rooms 40-50 on any floor, it is a VERY LONG walk to/from the elevator and Ice Machine.
