2. Once we got into out room the bed were completely uneven, one side is much higher than the other, it seems as though the house keeping did not vacuum and I had found Q-tips on the ground.

4. Huge room, 2 king size beds however it smelled of cigarette smoke so badly we had to buy air fresheners from the supermarket.

5. Still they were not cleaning the room properly in the sense they were not cleaning up the bed, no toilet papers(we had to get it from the front desk every time we were out of it), no coffee maker, no iron board nothing.

8. I actually felt it would be better to cancel my return flight, rent a car and drive back to Los Angeles instead of spending 4 hours sleeping in one of these beds.
