3. 2 out of 3 elevators were not working on first day there (we had a room on the 17th floor), casino restroom was dirty and many toilets out of order, buffet item selection really cut back during week - better selection on Sat.

7. Also, the restaurants/buffet were sub-par; but downtown you can walk to so many hotel restaurants in just a couple of minutes that it did not cramp my style.
