The process of booking, in my past experiences staying on the road, can be a miscommunications nightmare with name mistakes, room problems etc - However, the process here was seamless, from initial talks with a DeDe Schwartz Gaeta, to the locations manager Jenny V, the only thing I had to worry about was getting there.

4. From the managers, Genevieve and Doug, to the front desk, Jolene and Brittany (by the way, always smiling and a complete pleasure to speak with!) to the maintenance staff, Gary and Junior (and until recently Saul) we've been treated with the utmost in respect and care.
