1. Where they treat U right, the service is friendly and the food is good, where there is plenty of parking and it's security patroled day & night.

3. I can't decide if it was either the 7-11 next door with people hanging out drinking, the guy who decided it was a good idea to tie his 2 pit pull dogs up at 2am in the parking lot, the stained carpeting and couch in our room, or the paper thin walls where you hear everything.
