4. each room has 1 king size bed, 1 queen or full size pull out, (so thats 4 beds total, 2 in each room) there's a total of 3 bathrooms (the deluxe room has the walk in shower <3), refrigerator, oven, micro, dishwasher, utensils, washer/dryer, flatscreens, CD players, and cool decor.
