1. Navigating the parking garage to finally get to the front desk was a bit challenging, what with how The Cosmoplitan was built around, and now engulfs The Jockey Club, but once I got to the front dessk, check in was an absolute breeze.

7. Check in was so efficient and the staff so courteous and friendly, and the best bit was you didn't need to walk through a sea of gaming machines and cigarette smoke to get there.
