We have been staying at Best Western and was very dissapointed the last time we stayed there so decided to try La Quinta as they had what we were looking for (Spa and Pool) We were assigned to room 126 and after getting settled in, found that the heat wasn't working, The staff (Rosalie) came to room and tried to fix it but to no avail.
