1. My husband called for service, and was told this was taken care of by valet, when he called valet they said they didn't do that, and to call front desk.

2. The valet is over on the side of the casino instead of by the hotel, which means a senior would have to walk all the way across the casino to get to check in or park in self parking and go up a steep ramp or climb a series of steps to get to the top where the lobby is to register.
