1. At check-in I was told that the resort was going to hold $100 off my card duing the stay and upon check-out the charge would be reversed.

2. One drawback - standard check-in time is very late (4pm) and check-out time very early (10am).

3. However they were flexible for us for check-out time, and also provided key card so we could sue hotel facilities, pool etc before we could check-in.

4. While the reservations said check-out time was 11 a.m., upon check-in we are told it is 10 a.m. and if you don`t check out on time they will double bill you for the final day.
