the less expensive mountain view rooms are identically-apportioned and provide a stunning display of not only the mountains but
downtown
Vegas, too.

The room was comfortable, the view from the 11th floor was due south and since the Strat is at the extreme northern end of the strip, the view
downtown
was good.

Fortunately we found cocktail service to be as good as before (one reason we come here) - way better then other strip hotels and almost as good as outlying hotels and
downtown
hotels.

This meant we were not overlooking the strip, but had beautiful views of
downtown
Las Vegas, which looked beautiful at night, and the mountains, which looked beautiful all day.

This does make it conveniant to
downtown
which is a plus but as most of our time was spent sightseeing the strip so not too conveiniant, Apart from the location this is as good as any other hotelWe had a great time here and i would consider staying again on service and vibe of the place alone.
