1. The monorail was out the front, but you have to pay more for that, so probably better jsut taking your car out and parking in the many free 'self parking' at the casinos.

3. Hotel is off the strip, very quiet - we found being off the strip no issue, there is so much free parking at the hotels on the strip that driving in for shows etc was easy.
