1. Booked in advance online & got a better rate, although non-refundable.

2. If you are making a reservation and using any of the options on rates, don't assume that the firts ones they give you the best rates, As an example, the current GSA (federal government rate) is $99/night, but the page that first displays is for 'junior suites' with a gov rate of $149.
