2. After a few minutes and a knock at the door we were greeted with a nice card from the front desk saying sorry about the mix up and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolate.

3. There is a nice pool, but we were there when they had a huge snowstorm and were not really going to go out and use the pool, etc. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to Harrah's which ran quite frequently.

After checking in the desk clerk told us to go the the desk behind us for our 'welcome packet' before going to room, we were given a complimentary shaver and mini deodorant in a bag, these are practical people I tell myself, no little chocolates or bottles of bubbly to welcome you jacking up the overhead and thus the price of room rates, as I`m handed my shaver and deodorant in a bag a eager salesperson tries to schedule me in for their 2 hour time share promotion.
