1. My husband went to check us in and the front desk clerk kept saying he didn't see his name on the reservation but he had the print out with both of our names and I made the reservation in his name so not sure what the deal was there so the manager on duty came to check him in with no other problem except that they put us in a Tower 1, regular 2-bedroom suite.

7. Unless a busload of people showed up as I got on the elevator, I don't believe the manager was too busy to apologize for the welcome present in my bthroom or see about someone coming to fix a light over the course of three days.

10. I'm a little wary that the manager, Steven, wasn't going to adjust our amount of club points for this stay until I called and told him I knew the point difference between the Tower 1 and Tower 2 suites.
