My husband went to check us in and the front desk clerk kept saying he didn't see his name on the reservation but he had the print out with both of our names and I made the reservation in his name so not sure what the deal was there so the
manager
on duty came to check him in with no other problem except that they put us in a Tower 1, regular 2-bedroom suite.

said she would 'take care of us,' but ended up giving us a regular room.

When I arrived at the hotel, I immediately saw Robert, who called the night

, Bob and Wayne was also called, which was very comforting, since both the kids and I 'knew' them.

When I told both the presenter of timeshare and the marketing
manager
of my concerns, it was apparent that they had no desire in hearing what I thought about the facility, there main interest was selling timeshares.

Unless a busload of people showed up as I got on the elevator, I don't believe the
manager
was too busy to apologize for the welcome present in my bthroom or see about someone coming to fix a light over the course of three days.

But, the front desk
manager
for the evening shift (Greg) saved the day by telling us he'd leave a message on our phone the next AM.

I'm a little wary that the
manager
, Steven, wasn't going to adjust our amount of club points for this stay until I called and told him I knew the point difference between the Tower 1 and Tower 2 suites.
