4. The free breakfast isn't anything fancy but serves the purpose unless of course you have to ask the front desk to have someone refill the stuff, which happened.

5. I went to the front desk to ask someone to fix it and the concierge told me she had a plunger I could borrow (ie: not offering to have the hotel fix it) and said that the toilet backing up was our own fault for 'using too much toilet paper'.

7. The room was clean when we checked in but the next morning I find a note under the door at 10:05AM stating that since we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and the hotel cleaning staff has gone for the day, we can get fresh towels, if we must have fresh towels, by calling the front desk.
