9. There is one beach (A-bay) which isn't that great, and you have to drive or take a shuttle to it from the Bay club.

10. They're building their own right next door, and people staying at the Bay club have use of the pools at the HGVC resort, but NOT use of the Hilton facilities down the road (you do if you stay at the HVGC resort).
