2. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond the advertised 'light housekeeping only' during the week, insisted on cleaning up the mess made by my autistic son even when I told her I could do it.

3. The other slight problem was that housekeeping somehow forgot to restock us with toilet and facial tissue, so I had to go hunting around for those myself.
