1. The service was very good, Tom at the desk very helpful and they are very flexible about extending check-out time and forgiving of lost room keys.

4. Women and men share the same floors (there are two floors serviced by narrow stairs (enjoy lugging your ski equipment up them as you try to pass people coming down them) although they are not allowed to share the rooms - and each floor has a dorm-like bathroom.
