3. Room review: Stayed in room 208, a junior suite-Incredibly large room, decorated well, and very clean-Wonderful view from back porch of our room-Bathroom was large and water pressure/heat were excellent-24 hour room service available, but we never tried thisStaff review: -Lower level staff was very helpful, chatty, and would take extra steps to help out (like taking our rental equipment back to our hotel while we went out to dinner)-Front desk staff was mostly helpful (Gabriel was especially nice), although there was one fellow (my guess is a higher level manager by the way he was dressed) who had a slightly upturned nose with every interaction and tried to pawn off every question onto another staff memberServices review:-Hotel breakfast was great (standard hot breakfast buffet) but somewhat expensive ($18 per person)-Shuttle was convenient (leaves to downtown every 30 minutes, you can call and they will come pick you up within 10-15 minutes)Overall: Would highly recommend the rooms, avoid the main desk staff and ask the concierge/shuttle drivers if you have questions, avoid the pricey breakfast.
