3. We upgraded our room to a king size bed with fireplace and balcony, it also had a small wet bar with kuerig coffee maker, small refrigerator, microwave, and dishes/glassware/silverware.

9. The location was great - right in the heart of town just a few blocks from shopping, the best restaurants, the gondola, etc. We had a room with a balcony, but next time I would not spend the extra money for it.
