1. The entire staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, telling us where to go for the best meals on certain nights, and how to get around easily from mountain to mountain.

5. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel right at home as soon as you arrive and the common areas are warm and inviting which brings guests together to socialize during breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon and evenings as well.
