Kind and courteous staff, but they do not go out of their way for the service award -- tried to check in early for 2 rooms but not cleaned, assured we could check in late as the rooms were prepaid, returned to learn that one room was on the ground floor and the other on the third (would have thought that they would have held two rooms next to each other when we inquired first thing in the morning).
