1. No bugs were found, but as a standard practice we also always spray down every hotel bed & linens with Good Night bed bug spray (found at Bed Bath & Beyond) and bring our own pillows & pillowcases.

3. I had a great experience nice rooms and they were renovating the time me and my family were there and gave us a upgrade for free, The housekeepers were very nice and helpful, also the front desk was very helpful for all my needs, extra pillows, extra towels, also we were late for breakfast but the front desk went out of there way to bring out all the stuff for breakfast for us.
