4. When we asked for a room change, the hotel clerk, who clearly could not speak English probably (she explained that her primary language is Spanish), was incredibly obtuse until we threatened to call the credit card company to rescind the hotel charge.

5. I had no problems with parking, in fact they let me keep my car there for several hours after I checked out so I could walk to my meeting at the Sheraton (where they charge $17 to park).
