6. Also, the parking structure is open free of charge later at night, enabling you to drive to the parking structure and enter for free, including parking to then climb the stairs to the top floor of the parking structure to get an 'up front and personal' view of the nightly fireworks.

7. The property is located near enough to Disneyland to to easily walk to the Mickey and Friends Tram within 10-15 minutes, and also to view the nightly fireworks without much walking effort.
