1. The housekeeping manager made a great impression when I was in the housekeeping area doing laundry - made a special point of making sure we had everything we needed and were happy.

3. I left my cell phone in the room and was very worried that I had lost it, when I gave the manager a call he was very helpful and they found my phone and FedEx it to me right away at no charge which was excellent.
