1. I realize the rate was extremely good in comparison to many other hotels but you know the good old saying.

2. We were very pleased with our choice of hotel, while it is a bit more expensive than other hotels in the area, the extra space was fully worth the $$ for us (and compared with other places we have stayed we thought the rate was reasonable).
