JT Schmidts bar next door to the hotel - food fabulous, service excellent, vibe brilliant, you can't possibly be disappointed the food is great (and I'm a vegetarian) I knew I could trust tripadvisor members to be honest with their reviews and once again they are right, so thanks to all who reviewed this hotel so highly because we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay on our first visit from the UK to California.

8. I ate dinner at the sports bar/restaurant in the little plaza right next to the hotel - I only had time and appetite for a quick soup, but they had a lot of options that looked good.
