2. I will never stay there again, and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially in light of the fact that Ramada couldn't even be bothered to reply to my inquiry about the incident.

3. The pool, though beautiful, has VERY slippery rock floors surrounding it, so I would recommend swim shoes for young children.
