1. so she had them come clean the carpets and put in different furniture so we thought everything was great and taken care off and again my daughter was being attacked by bed bugs on the couch so she let them know and they kept ignoring her in the mean time her toilet seat fell off and we kept telling them and matinence for a week she went without a toilet seat then that finally got taken care of.

2. finally they came and removed all of her furniture off the filthy carpet and the matredd that said on it disguard and then she was without furniture for an entire week her and the kids were sleeping on the floor.

3. At 11:30 am, this morning, bedbug exterminators sprayed the suite and instructed me that the unit could not be reused until after the property management removed the bed and sofabed, steamcleaned the entire carpet, and moved in new furniture.
