4. We were told there was a 'nice' pool area, but it was way in the back of the property with only chainlink fence around it and backed up to a rather questionable looking apartment complex.

5. It is a ruff area if you go in there with a nice suit and money hanging out of your pocket but dress casual and your fine unless you just hang around outside looking for trouble.
