6. Only 15 mins by from the airport (a great help when our inbound flight was delayed until 12 AM), beaches, shopping centers, Safeway/Foodland, etc.* During whale watching season, we highly recommend a lanai, since from it you can indeed watch whales jump and breach in the ocean.
